Returns, Exchanges, Shipping, and Warranty
Returns and Exchanges:
Items may be returned for a full refund, exchange, or store credit up to 30 days from the order date. Items must be returned in unworn and undamaged condition and in the original packaging in order to qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit. We reserve the right to deny all items that do not comply with our policy. All items that do not meet our return requirements will be shipped back. Upon receiving the return, the items will be checked by quality control and if the items comply with our policy, a refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued.
All international purchases are final sale and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

What is Redo?
When you opt in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange or store credit for FREE.
If you decide not to buy Redo or if you prefer a full refund, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.
Warranties
We take great pride in the quality of each of our products. Our products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one month from the date of purchase. Coverage is valid for the original purchaser with the original order number or another proof of purchase. If our one month defective warranty has expired, you may submit a warranty request to info@gripitsports.com and apply for a discount of up to 50% on your next purchase.
We offer virtual warranty inspection on all our products by sending an email with photos to info@gripitsports.com. The warranty policy covers the product only in the case of manufacture defect. It does not cover products damaged due to normal wear and tear, negligence, improper care, crashes, lost items, natural breaking or fading of colors and materials over time and/or exposure.
We may request the defective product for further inspection. If this is the case, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you along with a RA#. Once received and inspected, a replacement of the same or "like" item will be shipped.
You will be contacted once the inspection is completed and informed on what action will be taken.
Clearance Items
All clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded. They may be returned for an exchange or store credit up to 30 days from the order date.
Additional items that are final sale and cannot be refunded include gift cards.
International Purchases
Shipping may take up to 4 weeks for international orders and all international purchasers are responsible for any additional fees such as customs, duties, etc. All international purchases are final sale and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
