Returns, Exchanges, Shipping and Warranties

Returns and Exchanges:
Items may be returned for a full refund up to 14 days from the order date. Items may be returned for an exchange or store credit up to 60 days from the order date.  Items must be returned in unworn and undamaged condition in the original packaging in order to qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit. We reserve the right to deny all items that do not comply with our policy. All items that do not meet our return requirements will be shipped back.

You are responsible for the shipping costs to return items. Upon receiving the return, the items will be checked by quality control and if the items comply with our policy, a refund or store credit will be issued. 

All international purchases are final sale and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

Warranties

We take great pride in the quality of each of our products. Our products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Coverage is valid for the original purchaser with the original order number or another proof of purchase. 

We offer virtual warranty inspection on all our products by sending an email with photos to info@gripitsports.com. The warranty policy covers the product only in the case of manufacture defect. It does not cover products damaged due to normal wear and tear, negligence, improper care, natural breaking or fading of colors and materials over time and/or exposure.

We may request the defective product for further inspection. If this is the case, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you along with a RA#. Once received and inspected, a replacement of the same or "like" item will be shipped.

You will be contacted once the inspection is completed and informed on what action will be taken.

Sale and Clearance Items
All clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded. They may be returned for an exchange or store credit up to 14 days from the order date. 

Additional items that are final sale and cannot be refunded include gift cards.

International Purchases
Shipping may take up to 4 weeks for international orders and all international purchasers are responsible for any additional fees such as customs, duties, etc. All international purchases are final sale and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
